Q1: What can I buy from this website?

We offer great discounts for paid attractions in Singapore. All you have to do is look for the attractions you wish to visit and make the booking with us. Once payment is made, we'll process your order and send the voucher to you via email.

Q2: What is a "voucher"?

A voucher is an electronic ticket with a confirmation code (or barcode), that will gain you access to the attraction. It works exactly like a physical attraction ticket, which you buy directly from the attraction counter.

Q3: Is this legit?

Yes, electronic tickets (or e-tickets) are getting increasing common for attractions as they offer travellers the convenience of skipping queue lines and having to print physical attraction tickets.

Q4: Do I have to use my voucher on a particular date?

Most vouchers are valid for at least 1 month from date of purchase. This means that the vouchers are open-dated and you can visit the attraction on any date within a 1 month period. Please check the "validity" section on the product page for your voucher validity.

Q5: Can I access the attraction directly with the voucher?

There are two ways to use a voucher: a) Direct Access: You can present the voucher at the entrance directly and gain access to the attraction. b) Redemption: You'll need to present the voucher at a specified redemption counter to redeem a physical ticket before entering the attraction. The method to use the voucher is shown on the product page or the instructions on the voucher itself.

BOOKING & PROCESSING OF ORDERS

Q1: How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

You will receive an instant email confirmation once a booking is made. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your Spam folder then email info@monsterdaytours.com.

Q2: How long is the order processing time?

Once you place an order, our team will send the voucher to you via email within 12 hours.

Q3: Can I book a ticket for use on the day itself?

If you intend to visit a attraction soon (i.e less than 12 hours), please email info@monsterdaytours.com to check whether we can process your voucher in time. During office hours, it usually take less than 30 mins for us to process an order.

Q4: Do you have a physical office for me to buy from?

Unfortunately, our physical office does not serve as a ticketing office.

Q5: What are your operating hours?

We operate from 9am to 9pm daily, including public holidays. Outside of these hours, you can drop us an email or whatapps and we'll respond once we pick it up.

PAYMENT

Q1: What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards via PayPal upon checkout. For PayPal customers, just login to your account and proceed from there. For non-PayPal customers, simply select 'guest' and key in your credit or debit card details accordingly to complete the transaction. The billing currency is SGD (Singapore Dollars).

Q2: Can I pay by cash?

As this is an online platform, unfortunately we do not accept cash payments.

Q3: I can't pay, help!

The issue is likely to be caused by one of the following situations: a) if the website works fine, but upon clicking "Pay", the page doesn't load --> Please refresh the page or try again later. b) Your card is rejected --> Please try a different card. Most common bank cards are accepted but please note that we only accept Visa or MasterCard. If you are still experiencing problems, please email info@monsterdaytours.com.

Q4: Is my payment secure?

You can be safe in the knowledge that we're using an internationally recognised and secure payment gateway.

Q5: How can I redeem a discount code?

On our website, you can click to enter a discount code in the "Discount Code" section on the checkout page. The discount will be deducted from your order before the payment page. Please check the correct discount has been applied before you confirm payment.
